"How Will We Ever Get Out Of This Labyrinth of Suffering?"
This is a quote from one of my favorite books, Looking For Alaska, written by John Green.
I think this is interesting, as at first you don't know what the labyrinth is, until you find out that it is one of suffering. There are many different types of suffering, from starvation to depression, and every single person is stuck in their own personal labyrinth.
Another quote is "You spend your whole life stuck in the labyrinth, thinking how you'll escape one day, and how awesome it will be, and imagining that future keeps you going, but you never do it. You just use the future to escape the present". Again this is thought provoking, as it triggers the though actions speak louder than words. If you want something, go do it. The only way you can make your life better, the only way you can try and find your way out of the labyrinth is to get yourself out.
Unfortunately, Alaska's way out of the labyrinth was "straight and fast".
